The Action “Transition to innovative, outward-looking, and smart specialization” of the Central Macedonia Program 2021-2027 under the NSRF 2021-2027, with a total budget of €65,000,000, aims to support existing very small, small, and medium-sized enterprises (Media) in the Central Macedonia Region, operating in the sectors of processing, tourism, and services,to implement investment projects contributing to innovation, outward-lookingness, and smart specialization of the Region.
Each eligible investment project should be linked to a Regional Termination of the priority sectors of the National Strategy for Smart Specialization (S3) of the Central Macedonia Region, and the expenses should serve the Intervention Areas of each Termination.

- ΤΟΜΕΑΣ S3 – Biosciences, Health, Pharmaceuticals
- ΤΟΜΕΑΣ S3 – Digital Technologies
- ΤΟΜΕΑΣ S3 – Sustainable Energy
- ΤΟΜΕΑΣ S3 – Environment & Circular Economy
- ΤΟΜΕΑΣ S3 – Transportation & Supply Chain
- ΤΟΜΕΑΣ S3 – Materials, Constructions & Industry
- ΤΟΜΕΑΣ S3 – Tourism, Culture & Creative Industries
The selected businesses for funding will have the advantage of receiving up to 45% subsidy. . The subsidized budget for each investment project ranges from €60,000 to €400,000.
Funding applications will be submitted electronically through OPSKE until May 22, 2024.
