Businesses will hire unemployed individuals for a period of 6 months in a new position and will receive a subsidy of up to 100% of the total cost (salary and contributions), with a maximum limit of €6,132.
Process:
- Submit the application electronically
- Employment advisors from the Public Employment Service (DYPΑ) will suggest candidates to the business with the required qualifications declared by the business.
- The business will pre-select the beneficiary, who will attend an 80-hour remote training program in green or digital skills of their choice.
- Upon completion of the training, the business will proceed with the employment of the unemployed individual.
