More specifically: More specifically:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b268210 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b268210\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Natural persons when submitting their support request electronically must:<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f0e3c5c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f0e3c5c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Have completed their 18th year of age, not have exceeded their 63rd year of age, and have full legal capacity according to the provisions of the Civil Code.<\/li>\n<li>Have submitted an admissible Single Application for Support for the year 2022.<\/li>\n<li>Be up to date with tax and insurance obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Not be directly pensioned from any fund, domestic or foreign, except in cases of retirement due to disability under Article 37 of Law 3996\/2011, as applicable, and Article 5, paragraph \u03b3, of Law 1287\/1982.<\/li>\n<li>Not be serving a prison sentence.<\/li>\n<li>Be registered in the Integrated Administration and Control System (IACS) as professional farmers or as new farmers under sub-measure 6.1, for whom four years have not passed since their inclusion decision in the measure. New entrants professional farmers are not eligible except those who applied for support from measure 6.1, their applications were deemed eligible but were not covered by the regional credit limit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f5fe688 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f5fe688\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Legal entities under commercial law, during the electronic submission of the support request, must:<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f66e760 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f66e760\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Have submitted an admissible Single Application for Support for the year 2022.<\/li>\n<li>Be up to date with tax and insurance obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Have a duration of at least until 31.12.2033. This refers to new and unused investment goods.<\/li>\n<li>Purchase of land.<\/li>\n<li>Purchase, transfer, and installation of perennial plantations that are not installed using seeds.<\/li>\n<li>Fencing and landscaping of agricultural plots and the fencing of plantations.<\/li>\n<li>Purchase of a new car with a refrigeration unit for the service of flower or mushroom production operations.<\/li>\n<li>Purchase of a new truck for transporting beehives (beekeeping truck).<\/li>\n<li>Purchase and installation of computers and farm management software, communication, and office equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Investments contributing to the exploitation of Renewable Energy Sources (RES).<\/li>\n<li>General Expenses, which include any service expense directly associated with the implementation of the investment plan and cannot be co-financed by other measures of the RDP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b45b660 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b45b660\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Expenses are eligible if they are made after the date of finalization of the electronic support application, except for general expenses, which may have been incurred up to 24 months before the above finalization.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-97d2428 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"97d2428\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Financial Support<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f233cd5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f233cd5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>The funding for the implementation of the investment plan is covered by public expenditure (subsidy) and private participation <\/strong> (producer&#8217;s own capital). The subsidy is granted after the implementation of the investments and their payment.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>The limit of the requested budget is 250,000 euros<\/strong> provided that the standard output of the operation, according to the Single Declaration of Operation for the year 2022, amounts to at least 20% of the requested budget.
