EPIDOSIS can handle the application submission<br \/>and support for all funding programs.<\/p>\n<p>The intervention aims to attract young farmers<br \/>under the age of 40 <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4);\">to engage in agricultural activities<\/span><\/p>\n<p>providing them with financial support ranging from \u20ac30,000 to<br \/>\u20ac42,000 to develop their initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>It applies nationwide, excluding areas in the Region of Thessaloniki (<br \/>Municipal Community of the 5th District) and the Region of Attica. It includes Islands&#8217; Municipalities<br \/>as well as Municipalities and Communities with agricultural activities, especially rural<br \/>areas of Attica, excluding the urban core of Attica.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Support applications are based on the accepted Single Application for Support (SAS)<\/p>\n<p>for the year 2024. The year 2024 is set as the reference year for the application.<\/p>\n<p>Individuals and legal entities are eligible<\/p>\n<p>if they meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-57514d8 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"57514d8\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-1857676\" data-id=\"1857676\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-57d1d12 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"57d1d12\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Own a legal agricultural-livestock farm (own livestock capital)<\/li>\n<li>Are legally and economically responsible for its regular operation<\/li>\n<li>Are installing for the first time in the farm during the eighteen-month period preceding the support application date<\/li>\n<li>Submit an acceptable SAS for the year 2024<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9ead5ca elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9ead5ca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-large\">The farm manager must:<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-74c1e62 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"74c1e62\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Be an adult, not exceeding<br \/>40 years of age by the end of 2024<\/li>\n<li>Be a permanent resident in one of the program&#8217;s implementation areas<\/li>\n<li>Have at least a high school diploma or vocational school degree. If a<br \/>high school graduate, simultaneous training in geotechnical<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>direction for at least 150 hours or professional qualifications is<br \/>required:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4);\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-4);\">\uf0fc Engaged in the profession of a farmer with full-time employment<\/span><\/p>\n<p>for three consecutive years or for an equivalent period with reduced<br \/>working hours during the last decade, or insured as members of a<br \/>&#8220;rural family farm&#8221; from the commencement<br \/>of insurance<br \/>at least from the year 2022.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2447877 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"2447877\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"635\" src=\"https:\/\/epidosis.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/BLOG_B_300124_Epidosis.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-51337\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/epidosis.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/BLOG_B_300124_Epidosis.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/epidosis.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/BLOG_B_300124_Epidosis-300x191.jpg 300w, https:\/\/epidosis.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/BLOG_B_300124_Epidosis-768x488.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-633ca20 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"633ca20\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>\uf0fc Has not conducted agricultural professional activity for<br \/>at least the last 5 years before the date of the first installation.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0fc In the last four years before the previous year from that of the<br \/>reference year (2019 \u2013 2022), has not submitted an OSDE<br \/>declaration with an average standard performance exceeding \u20ac12,000 in mainland Greece<br \/>Crete, and Evia, and \u20ac10,000 in the islands excluding Crete and<br \/>Evia. In any case, those who have submitted at least one OSDE<br \/>declaration with a standard performance exceeding \u20ac16,000<br \/>in the years 2019 \u2013 2022 are not eligible.<\/li>\n<li>Does not have permanent non-agricultural employment, whether<br \/>dependent or independent.<br \/>If they do, they commit to terminate it after the announcement of the results of the examination of their application (if deemed eligible)<br \/>and before their inclusion in the measure.<\/li>\n<li>Has not been a beneficiary of measures for new farmers under the RDP 2014<br \/>\u2013 2022, the RDP 2007 \u2013 2013, and the EAGF-RD 2000 \u2013 2006 in the past.<\/li>\n<li>\uf0fc Does not have a spouse who:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3134714 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3134714\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n<li>Submitted an OSDE declaration in 2024 with a standard performance<br \/>exceeding \u20ac1,000 or<\/li>\n<li>In the years 2022 and\/or 2023 submitted an OSDE declaration with a<br \/>standard performance exceeding \u20ac16,000 in mainland Greece,<br \/>Crete, and Evia, and \u20ac13,000 in the islands excluding Crete and Evia, or<\/li>\n<li>\uf0fc Is a professional farmer, based on a certificate or verification<br \/>from the Ministry of Rural Development and Food (MAAE). Spouses of professional farmers in the fisheries sector<br \/>are exempted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c7527e elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"0c7527e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"635\" src=\"https:\/\/epidosis.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/BLOG_B2_300124_Epidosis.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-51339\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/epidosis.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/BLOG_B2_300124_Epidosis.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/epidosis.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/BLOG_B2_300124_Epidosis-300x191.jpg 300w, https:\/\/epidosis.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/BLOG_B2_300124_Epidosis-768x488.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-83a0237 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"83a0237\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>If they have student status, they must have completed the number of<br \/>prescribed years of study for each school.<\/li>\n<li>Must have fulfilled their military obligations by December 31, 2025, or have been exempted from them, to have the possibility of managing their farm.<\/li>\n<li>If receiving a disability allowance with a disability percentage equal to or greater than 67%, to be considered by the competent authority (KEPA) as capable of work (livelihood profession).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-55a213d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"55a213d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The support amount is structured as follows:<br \/>A basic support amount of \u20ac30,000 is provided,<br \/>upon which the following supplements are calculated:<br \/>A)<b>2.500\u20ac<\/b>if the permanent residence area of the farm managers is located in mountainous or disadvantaged areas or in small islands (islands with a population of up to 3,100 inhabitants) and in regional units with a population density less than or equal to 35 inhabitants per square kilometer based on the 2021 population census, or a combination of these categories of areas.<br \/>B)<b>10.000\u20ac<\/b>, , if the primary direction of the agricultural enterprise<br \/>at the completion of the business plan is poultry or livestock farming.<br \/>Therefore, the support amount can range from \u20ac30,000 to \u20ac42,500.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>The financial support is paid in two installments.
