Enterprise <\/strong>(SOE) is a type of company that operates in the context of the social and solidarity economy, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.taxheaven.gr\/law\/4430\/2016\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Law 4430\/2016<\/a> . There are three categories of CSOs: integration, social care and productive purpose.<\/p>\n<p>For the <strong>establishment of an integration JSC<\/strong>, the participation of at least 7 persons is required, while for a JSC of collective and social benefit, the participation of at least 5 persons is required. KoinSEp submits an application for registration to the <a href=\"https:\/\/kalo.yeka.gr\/(S(02chiumqmu0guo4jo4xfvnm0))\/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Register of Social and Solidarity Economy Bodies of the Ministry of Finance<\/a> , and as soon as this is approved, annual, regular and extraordinary obligations are activated in the legal framework that the cooperative business is part of. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5241e76d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5241e76d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Social Security  taxation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d5da398 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d5da398\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Social Cooperative Enterprises (SOEs) are <strong>taxed at a rate of 29% on profits<\/strong>, from the first euro. However, up to 35% of their profits \u2013 before taxes \u2013 paid to employees is considered gross income from employment and is deducted when determining the net profits of the business. The registration fee is 500 euros per year, but there is an exemption for their first five years of operation. Finally, the members of the CounSEp do not have to be insured with the EFKA.   <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-474c72f3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"474c72f3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">CounSEp funding<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5f041d32 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5f041d32\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Social cooperative enterprises (SOEs) are <strong>able to apply for grants<\/strong> from government agencies, private foundations and companies, which can finance specific projects or ongoing actions. In addition, programs such as the NSRF <strong>allow CSOs to receive subsidies<\/strong> , which can range from 45% to 60% (subject to conditions), providing significant financial support to public
