The establishment of a Limited Liability Company<\/strong> (LLC) is done through the One Stop Service<\/a> (YMS), which checks the completeness of applications and documents. The establishment of an EU requires at least two partners, one full and one limited, with no limit on the percentages of participation. <\/p>\n

The conversion of an LLC into a personal company (OE or EE) begins with a unanimous decision of the partners and then follows a relevant notarial act, visa from the D.O.Y., registration with the G.E.MH. and publicity of the conversion.
